Personal Development Planning (PDP)

PDP is a process designed to get you thinking about what your study and career goals are, to identify how to take practical steps towards them and how to record and communicate your achievements to give you the edge in developing or furthering your career.

There are lots of resources available to help you get to grips with planning your next steps. Your school will provide you with some useful materials but making the most of PDP is up to you.
