You need good Study Skills because they support successful academic study and achievement.  For example, by helping you to be better organised, read and make notes more effectively, structure your assignments and be better prepared for exams.

The Study Skills Team provides opportunities for all students, regardless of experience or knowledge, to learn about different approaches and techniques to improve achievement. These include:
Postgraduate researchers, academic and research staff will find the Salford Postgraduate & Staff Research Training programme (SPoRT) helpful in the development of research and transferable skills to enhance employability.
